Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Growth at Relation, she has played a key role in building one of the UK’s most promising biotech start-ups. Over the last four years, the Relation team raised the largest seed funding in the UK biotech space and established state-of-the-art labs in London, designed to drive transformative scientific discovery.

Rosie is passionate about building high-performing, diverse teams and attracting the best talent. She is committed to nurturing and developing individuals across all levels, with a particular emphasis on achieving gender balance in tech roles and ensuring the development of female leaders across the sector in all disciplines.
