Philipp Baaske is a visionary entrepreneur and leader in the biotech field who co-founded NanoTemper Technologies GmbH with Stefan Duhr. Philipp comes from a family of craftsmen and grew up in a small village in the north of Bavaria. Now, as the founder and CEO of a globally operating biotech company, he is driven to develop biophysical and AI-based tools to help fight diseases like cancer and Alzheimer’s. He is passionate about inspiring others to overcome the limits they set for themselves, to think big and globally, and to stand for democracy and equality. Philipp loves to engage with people, learn something new, and get inspired. He enjoys life with his loved ones and finds beauty in the small things. His hobbies include running, soccer, and science fiction.
