Jon is a highly experienced corporate trainer and executive coach, based in Brighton, UK and specialising in working with groups and individuals around leadership, wellbeing, and resilience. With a background in psychology, he now works with a range of clients within the corporate and the public sector. In recent years these have included Johnson & Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline, Cisco, and Mars

Jon is the founder of Blueprint Coaching and Training Ltd. His work has taken him to many different parts of the world – across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Wherever he’s travelled he has found evidence to support his belief that a physically healthy, mentally and emotionally resilient workforce gives a company a crucial strategic advantage, and that success in work and life is only sustainable with a clear focus on values. He specialises in helping people to maximize their impact, and to thrive in an increasingly complex and demanding world by focussing on developing habits that increase energy and maintain wellbeing.

Jon holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Forensic Psychology. He is also an accredited Co-Active Coach, certified with the International Coaching Federation. In recent years Jon has developed a focus on mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He has co-authored two books on the subject – 2019’s Acceptance and Commitment Coaching: Distinctive Features’, and ACTivate Your Life, which had its second edition published this September.

Jon is proud father to daughter Frances and son Henry (and cat Otto). When they give him a moment he enjoys cycling, drinking coffee and watching movies.

He also won the TV quiz show Pointless, but it’s not a big deal.*
