Jon is an experienced and in-demand keynote speaker and Performance Coach, and the founder of Blueprint Coaching and Training Ltd.

He has spent the past 12 years working around the world with individuals and teams in Fortune 500 companies to help them manage their energy, increase their resilience, and maximise their impact.

Jon has a background in Psychology and moved into corporate work after nearly a decade working in psychiatric hospitals and prisons. He is also the co-author of two books, including ‘ACTivate Your Life’, a popular and powerful introduction to the mindfulness-based therapeutic approach Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Jon made the decision to transition into work around energy and resilience after experiencing a burnout at the age of 31. The experience of rebuilding after a breakdown informs every aspect of how he lives and how he works with his clients.

He is proud father to daughter Frances and son Henry (and cat Otto). When they give him a moment he enjoys cycling, drinking coffee, and watching movies.
